Ansty Football Club - Casino Night

Ansty Football club are kick starting their season with a casino night to try and drive some funds in to the club before we even kick a ball.

At the back end of last season the club was hit by a bill for £600.00 for pitch hire which was not accounted for. The treasurer at the time was asked, how much money was available to which the board was told £17.00. It was quickly realised that this was not going to be enough.

Ansty Football club are now being investigated for breach of FFP and have removed their treasurer from duty with immediate effect. Chris Monk, the first team manager commented, "I dont know what Sean was doing, I have spent thousands of pounds on kits and footballs, but thats what I love to do. It is his job to make sure we cover everything else. I am thinking about maybe a 5th alternative kit this year. But we need numbers to the casino night!"
